Meet Recap

The Boonville Wrestling Team opened their season Saturday in The Pioneer Duals.
Boonville went 4 and 1 and won the Team Championship.

Boonville defeated- Mitchell, Crawford County, New Washington and Corydon Central.

Boonville lost a tough one to Owen Valley. Record for year is 4 and 1.

Boonville had 4 champion. 106 – Logan Sutton, 120 – Evan Overton, 145 – Darren Simpson and 182 – David Derossette.

All of Boonville varsity wrestlers had wins as well: 113 – Davis, 126 – Alexander, 132 – McDowell, 138 – Hamman, 152 – Caleb Pryor, 160 – Jesse Fyffe, 170 – Bo Smith, 195 – Walsh, 220 – weeks, 285 – Fortune.

Junior Varsity wrestlers that had wins were: Josh Blunk, Zach Cline.

Great job Wrestlers, the next meet is Tuesday against Tell City at Home.
